Career Background & Profile
Group Captain Shahzor Ali Shah retired from Pakistan Air Force in July 2009 after serving three decades of meritorious service in the Legal Branch of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). When being in the service, throughout the period maintained highest standard of discipline and ensured administration of justice in rank and file up to the norms of the moral, ethical and legal standards.
He has earned Bachelor of Law, MBA Banking & Finance and LLM with specific reference to corporate laws. Post retirement he held senior appointment at Shaheen Foundation, as Corporate and Legal Head and meticulously handled local and international matters, relating to financial matters of the trust in thread and bear.
During the service, he attended local and international courses, including Staff Wing Air War College, Pakistan, Judicial Academy Cairo, Egypt and Defense Studies of International Law at US Naval War College Rhode Island USA. He has deep acumen to rising legal and corporate issues. He had numerous appointments mainly of which remained as staff officers at Pakistan Air Force Air Headquarters, DS Law, Guest speaker and last held appointment as Deputy Judge Advocate General (D-JAG) Pakistan Air Force. He represented and remained advisor to the Air Staff government of Pakistan and the Apex courts of Law, both high courts and Supreme Court in matters relating to armed forces being subject to opinion.

As Vice President (VP) Mr. Pervez shoulders various strategy level responsibilities at MDC Company.
He is responsible for formulating business strategies with the heads of different departments within the MDC Company and foreign principal/partner companies. He provides his key supervision and guidance in implementing those business strategies and projects with the versatile end users in Pakistan and internationally.
He also assists the administration department for formulating various company policies for the organization and its employees.
In addition to the above mentioned responsibilities, he also contributes his efforts towards Company CSR activities. He liaises with various organizations to conduct and participate in the activities aimed at social welfare.
Air Commodore (R) Pervez Sadiq served in Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for over 29 years. He is an Aeronautical Engineer by profession. He has vast experience in command, staff and instructional assignments, besides field engineering assignments.
He has vast experience of handling multiple projects in the Pakistan Air Force. During last two years of his service with PAF he was “Member Commercial” of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Board looking after all the commercial activities sales & marketing, cost accounting and procurements.
After his retirement he worked in Kestral for 15 years. During his association with Kestral he headed the Aviation Division. During his stay he managed various programs with various international companies like LM Aero, LM Syracuse, L-3, Collins Aerospace, P&W Canada, Cambium, SAFRAN, GE Engines, Derco and many more.

Mr. Ghazi has been working in the Aerospace & Defense sector since year 2010. He is a young and dynamic professional and has deep acumen and experience in Aerospace & Defense sector preparing & managing state of art projects on-behalf International companies and leading those projects with local & international clients.
His responsibilities also include field management support and building client relationships with worldwide Aerospace & Defense companies. He works closely with Aerospace and Defense engineers, professionals and government officials for managing the complete projects.
He establishes and develops working relationships and serves as a key contact for government departments and corporations in Pakistan including program managers, advisory panels & chief technology officers on the programs.

He holds great acumen for entrepreneurship and information technology. Mr. Mirza started career as Trainee Assistant Quality Manager in the General Aviation sector, pursued Quality Management/Quality Assurance career afterward in Aviation Education Programs like BS Aviation Management, BS Aviation Technology, and EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) Program.
He worked over various Quality Management Programs in employer organization and associates. Designed various AMEL Programs for undergraduates, industry professionals, VIP Flight Departments, Armed Forces Aviation Wings and MROs based in UAE.

Mr. Umair has more than 10 years of experience as a “Technical Manager” and professional technical Interpreter (Russian) providing his expertise in Aerospace/Aviation- Technical assistance and Logistics.
He acts as the onsite Technical Manager and Interpreter (Russian) on the Russian Aviation systems with the versatile customers of MDC in Pakistan.
He has successfully participated in projects of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on IL-78 Air to Air Refueller Aircrafts related to onsite maintenance support, onsite trainings (I-Level and O-level Periodic Maintenances) and system modifications/upgrade. He plays a key role in breaking the language barrier between Russian speaking engineering/technical teams and local PAF team and manages the complete program.
He has also participated and played an active role in Overhaul Projects of Mi-171 helicopters. His work is greatly appreciated by PAF and Russian Aviation Companies.
Additionally he also worked in a mutual project of Pakistan Government and a very well Known Ukrainian TV Channel 1+1 in a very famous travel show The World Inside Out “Pakistan” having millions of viewers across the world (Russian Speaking countries).

Engineer Muhammad Reyan Awan joined MDC in year 2019 as Trainee Engineer. He initially performed his duties with MDC Operational Department on Rate Running Contracts (RRC) management and technical liaison support for MI-171 Helicopter and IL-78 Aircraft.
He was then tasked on Fleet Modification/Upgrade Project of Solid State Flight Data Recorder (FDR) on PAF’s Mi-171 Helicopters. In this modification, he assisted Foreign Specialists / Experts during the onsite integration process and also completed his On-Job Training.
Presently, he is Technical Manager assisting the on-site project management activities for General Overhaul (GOH) of MI-171 Helicopters in Pakistan.

Mr. Nasir Aziz has 25 Years of Experience in Pakistan Air Force (PAF) at different Avionics systems. His core specialty is in Radar Engineering Technology & Navigational systems with in depth I/O Level maintenance experience on PAF’s US origin Radar systems.
He has vast experience in the maintenance & inspection of TPS-43G/J & TPS-77 USA origin Radar systems. He has managed the Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and On Job Trainings (OJTs) on number of newly inducted Radar systems in PAF.
He is one of the pioneer engineers of TPS-77 Radar in Pakistan and got trainings from Lockheed Martin Company, USA.
Currently at MDC, Mr. Nasir Aziz is Team Lead Radar Engineer & Field Support Resource (FSR) for Radar Upgrades & Service Life Extension projects.

Muhammad Arsalan is a dynamic member of our operations department with a strong background in business administration and project management. Arsalan is a natural learner, mastering tasks well ahead of schedule. He is actively involved in the technical review of contracts, equipment, and product requisitions, as well as in the preparation of all tender documents and managing Quotations against the requests raised by our partners.
He maintains excellent communication with the procurement directorate for ongoing projects and contracts.
